Ordering  :

-Special request  ( if any, or if possible--your size, colour preferance )
-Total price amount ( for our mutual confirmation)

Once I recive your order, you will receive a confirmation email from me.

Delivering  :
- Personal meet up with conditions below :
               *  Purchase value above Rm 100, free delivery to places as far as SS2, SS22, 23, 24, 25, 26.
               *  Purchase value rm100 or below, rm 10 delivery charge will be applied to places as far as SS2, SS22, 23, 24, 25, 26.

- Postage/courier
Purchase value above Rm 100,  free postage to anywhere within Malaysia.
Purchase value Rm 100 or below, postage fee Rm 5 will be included in your order's bill.

Item(s) will be sent via POS LAJU which will deliver it within 2 working days. Someone at your resident need to sign upon receipt.
I will notify you the postage number for your tracking.

International  customers,
Postage rate by EMS POS LAJU will be emailed to you upon your request, as different rate are applied to different area and weight.

- Cash on Delivery (pay full amount when we meet up to deliver your items )
- Bank in transfer
 Account details will be emailed to you once your order is confirmed. Pls notify me immediately once payment is complete. Kindly email me the transaction receipt for me to confirm your transaction.

Handling :
- All products send by postage / courier will be packed with bubble wrapper, as handmade jewelries are consider delicate items. No rough handling, please.

- Clean your crystal by gently wipe them use soft cloth. Sterling silver can be polished use silver polishing cloth you can get from jewelry store.

- No contact with sweat, perfume, salt water are the best.

- Best remove while bathing to avoid soap debris stuck in parts of the jewelry. And best to remove while   sleeping to prevent them hurting you or accidentally break the pieces.
